We gladly accept returns of unused and unworn items within 7 working days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

4. Return Shipping: For standard returns (unused and undamaged items), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Processing:

Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition (unused and undamaged), we will process your refund within 7 working business days.
You will receive a notification email confirming the approval of your return and the refund amount.
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanging for a Different Size or Color

We understand that getting the perfect size or color can be tricky sometimes. Here's how to exchange an item for a different size or color:

1. Follow Return Steps: Follow steps 1-3 from the "Returning Unused and Unworn Items" section above to initiate your exchange.
2. Clearly State Your Preference: In your return request, clearly specify your preferred size or color for the exchange.
3. Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.
4. Replacement Shipping: We will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement item.

Exchanging for a Different Product

If you'd like to exchange an item for a completely different product, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item.

Incorrect Items Due to Our Error

We strive for accuracy, but mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item due to our error (wrong size, color, or product), please contact us immediately.

1. Free Return Shipping: We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect item.
2. Correct Item Shipment: Once we receive and confirm the condition of your return, we will promptly ship the correct item to you free of charge.

Damaged or Used Items

If the returned item shows signs of wear, use, or damage beyond what would be expected through normal handling during the inspection process, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange. We will notify you via email with two options:

1. Return Shipment at Your Cost: We can arrange for the item to be shipped back to you at your expense. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Donation of Used or Damaged Item: With your permission, we can donate the used or damaged item to charity.

Exceptions
